Extended Project Qualification
The EPQ is completed in one academic year, usually Year 12.
It is an opportunity to complete a project on the topic of your choice in the style of an undergraduate dissertation or by producing an artefact. It helps to develop skills that are excellent preparation for degree level study.
The EPQ is graded A*-E and is worth up to 28 UCAS points. It is well regarded by competitive universities.
