Enriching Experiences

There are fantastic extracurricular opportunities.

Whether this is in a sports club, completing the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award, getting involved in student leadership, singing in the choir, or discussing controversial topics at the History Symposium, a wide range of co-curricular activities are available on site.

For example, our Sixth Form scientists were part of the second-placed European team in the international final of the ‘Space Settlement’ design competition in NASA, Florida. Students have been involved in a range of competitions, including the TfL ‘Innovate’ programme and preparing for the national ‘Mock Trial’ competition.

Students are also expected to complete 30 hours of volunteering in Year 12, which may include mentoring younger students in English or Maths, or other activities outside of school, such as working with primary school children or assisting with local charities.

Making the most of our London location, there are numerous chances to attend lectures, visit galleries and museums and attend theatre productions.
